1. These As we ship internationally and all are treated as commercial shipments, each shipment will be charged to Customs Duty by the government of the destination country. The rules and rates related to Customs Duty vary widely from country to country and it not possible for us to predict or control those. It is responsibility of the customer to pay the all import duties and taxes for the shipment at the place of respective destination. Silver Color Gem will not be responsible for any such duties and Taxes applied at the Time of the import of the shipment. Also it is the customers responsibility to produces the necessary documents to clear the shipment at the Time import.

2. Silver Color Gem will not be responsible for the delay and loss of the shipment two to failure to pay the duties and taxes at the place of destination of the shipment
 

3. Normally the shipping company DHL,EMS,UPS will take to anywhere from 5-10 working days for delivery of your package. This period may exceed incase of any delay two to natural calamity.

5. The orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer( if payment has been done by bank only) and Silver Color Gem will not be responsible for the delay of shipment due to wrong or incomplete shipping address
